Doing this myself, I killed 28 and I think I skipped over a room. It's good to have a fully upgraded Tommy Gun or Shotgun for this because there are a good amount of mobsters in this Warehouse. You are going to go North to the ChinaWare Warehouse on Rivington Street. I'm not 100 percent positive if you start in the same spot every time you start the Corleone Challenges. I chose the Chinaware Warehouse in NE Little Italy Killing civilians will lower your score, so you are going to want to go to any of the warehouses or Compounds. This requires you to kill 25 mobsters within 20 minutes.
